During the past 30 years I have worked as a logician/facilitator with individuals and groups of all sizes, from 10 to 1,000 in the public and private sector. I serve a diverse clientele, which includes individuals, small business, national and international agencies and organizations.

1975 - Present: Independent Consultation. Large group facilitation, design, planning, preparation, production, mapping, training, graphic recording & facilitation, individual consultation.

1988 - 1991: City of San Buenaventura. Organization and administrative consultant. Planned and implemented a city-wide recycling program start-up. Community organization and facilitation. Provided administrative assistance to Finance Director. Logistical planning and facilitation for two, year-long organization/management development processes.

1972 - 1975: Logistical/Support Systems Development, design and facilitation; University of California at Santa Cruz; Division of Community Programs and Services. Developed visual aids and audio-visual reinforcements. Facilitated conferences, workshop, retreats and training events. Created and maintained logistical support system for Federal, State and Community Human Service Programs. Provided Divisional support services.

1959 - 1971: Music and recording Industry, San Francisco, New York, Nashville and Los Angeles. Marketing, sales and promotion. Production and recording. Musician. Artist and business management. Artist and Repertoire Director. Creative services director.

Personal

Born on the Fourth of July, 1935. Married, father of three women, trombonist, craftsman, artist, cook, dreamer and experientialist. Also, I like a good laugh whenever possible.
