A Method To Visualize
Management Goals and Objectives

I help organizations to plan. My clients range from small groups of volunteers planning a one-day retreat to staging major events that bring together six hundred people.

What makes my services unique is that I create visual illuminations and event records–from flow charts that concisely map a process to eight-foot by twelve-foot custom signs designed to help motivate and focus participants. I've spent 30 years planning, recording and assisting diverse groups involved in what is commonly called "organizational change."

During the pre-planning process, I usually work one-to-one or with a small core group. An associate of mine tells me that I use a "Socratic dialog" method to elicit information. Then I create a visual record (map) of your program or process.

My maps have been used, for example, to visualize plans for a nationwide health survey in Ghana; to establish a project for the safe disposal of medical wastes in India; to map the Continuum of care for breast cancer prevention, early detection and care; to plan a meeting of regional social service agencies and providers; to map Low Impact Development: Education, Training and Initiative Process. If you have a program or event that needs planning, I'd welcome the opportunity to help.
